Well, as you can see, the drywall was finished today and a lot of the mess was cleaned up. They tell me they should have the ceiling done by Thursday "if" everything goes alright...I am keeping my fingers crossed!!!
The door turned out good and now no one will trip - further more, with the rotten boards replaced, there is no chance for anyone to get injured. That's a relief!

The opening is huge! Can barely recall the wall and windows being in the space.

The chandelier will be moving to the new space.

and it looks like we will have more wall space in the kitchen!
