The beam was covered and the walls are just about done. The chandelier still needs to be moved.

The bottom is getting painted.

The blinds are going inside the woodwork and will be out of the way. 

So happy we decided the wall behind the door should be all wood.

Next the exterior will get finished. The siding was on order and should arrive around the 8th. 

I will be there on the 10 at which time I will prime, base coat and faux finish the lower walls to match the living room. Then the rest of the trim will go up. In May I will add the border and this job will (almost) be a wrap!!!

My vacation is starting mid-May and I plan to be cleaning, arranging furniture, decorating and putting everything back together again...it's gonna be so much fun!
